- Demonstrations ('Show offs', as we fondly call 'em)
- Getting more ideas on board
- Discussions of issues faced by folks in their current projects
- 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Workouts
- Teams get together to hack up and make progress on their projects

- 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Tech talk
